Hartas & Craig: JobAdder automation for an elite recruitment agency

Hartas and Craig is an elite recruitment agency based in Brisbane and working nationally, focusing on elite creative industry roles. They use the JobAdder applicant tracking system to post and manage jobs, JobAdder posts to Seek automatically; however, it cannot integrate with their Webflow website. Any applications to their website had to be manually copied across before they could be reviewed. New postings also had to be uploaded manually. Since co-founder Annabel Craig was the only one trained to do this, she was unable to take a vacation without missing quality applications.

Using OAuth2 login authentication, the Make integration platform, and a Python wrapper, we were able to build a cost-effective and robust integration that reliably picks up applications from the website and submits them to JobAdder. We provided immediate support when some oversized or unexpected documents caused issues (designers tend to have some very interesting CVs). This allowed Annabel to take a much-needed vacation without her business missing a beat.
